For domestic orders under A$150, a flat shipping rate of A$10 applies. All shipments are sent via AusPost delivery, include tracking, and require a signature upon delivery.

A flat shipping rate of A$30 applies, with additional delivery times ranging between 5-10 business days, depending on the level of order customization. Additional insurance is available upon request; please contact hello@amoli.shop for this service.

For tax information: International orders are exempt from Australian taxes, but please note that prices do not include any overseas customs duties or taxes that may apply.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for all items that do not have engraving or customizations from a bespoke order.

Our warranty has you covered for 2 years from the purchase date. If your jewelry has any issues with the materials or craftsmanship, we’ll take care of it.

We partner with top manufacturers to create high-quality, handcrafted pieces, which is why we’re confident offering this 2-year coverage.

However, the warranty doesn’t cover lost items, normal wear and tear (like scratches, bent rings, or broken chains), improper use or storage, or modifications done by someone else. If you need to make a claim, we’ll either replace the item or, if it’s unavailable, offer gift card for the purchase price—no refunds for warranty claims.

If you make a warranty claim, we may ask you to send the defective piece back to us for inspection to help us improve our products.

Please note, items bought from third-party vendors or worked on by outside jewelers aren’t covered by our warranty.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, gently rub it with the polishing cloth. After use, wash your hands to remove any cleaning agent. It’s normal to see dark marks on the cloth—this means it’s working by picking up dirt and oils. Don’t wash the cloth, as that will reduce its effectiveness. Keep it out of reach of children.
