Free shipping is available on all orders over A$150.

For domestic orders under A$150, a flat shipping rate of A$10 applies. All shipments are sent via AusPost delivery, include tracking, and require a signature upon delivery.

For International orders, a flat shipping rate of A$30 applies, with additional delivery times ranging between 5-10 business days, depending on the level of order customization. Additional insurance is available upon request; please contact hello@amoli.shop for this service.

International orders are exempt from Australian taxes, but please note that prices do not include any overseas customs duties or taxes that may apply.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for all items that do not have engraving or customizations from a bespoke order.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, gently rub it with the polishing cloth. After use, wash your hands to remove any cleaning agent. It’s normal to see dark marks on the cloth—this means it’s working by picking up dirt and oils. Don’t wash the cloth, as that will reduce its effectiveness. Keep it out of reach of children.
